Neptunus is
a planet which does not discriminate.
"We are One", one world, in spirit,
not in matter of course. Neptune is
idealistic and deformed it also is
communistic. Not discriminating at
all needs some discrimination in the
form of its opposite sign Virgo, and
not discriminating at all shows is
things like "for everybody",
inclusivistic, not exclusively,
no-one is more special than any
other and the like.
Between 1970
and 1984 Neptune transitted the sign
of education: Sagittarius, and
education became possible for
everyone in those years! (Think of
the Open University)
Between 1984
and 1998 Neptune transitted the sign
of Capricorn and everyone got in
debt. But I meant to say, deling in
stocks became possible for everyone,
also the "common man".
Between 1998
and now Neptuns transitted the sign
of technological progress:
Aquarius and the computer/internet
became a real part of life for
everyone.
And February 3
Neptune will enter the sign that
rules all Water on the planet:
Pisces, we will see Water for All
and everyone on the planet
happening!
And no, that is
not a fairytale, but a true and even
likely outcome because the
technology for this is already there.
There might be some Powers-that-are
trying to stop this progress but
that is bad luck for them, for the
times, they are right! What a
beautiful outcome that would be.
Rain for all and everyone is NOT
particularly what I have in mind
here:-) but healthy drinking water
for all on the planet, yes!
